7 CHAKRAS
Chakras are energy centers that are important to pamper.
Why?
The energy centers influence our mind and spyche, our emotions as well as our body.
I'll explain everything here: the chakras, their influences and the stones you need! And yes, you'll be able to see whether your chakras are balanced or not!

Chakras in brief!
The word chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit (the ancient language of the Indian continent). Chakras are therefore like energy vortexes, places in the body where several energy lines intersect! Chakras are a permanent link between the physical and energetic bodies.
We have thousands of chakras in our body but generally 7 chakras are mainly used. This energy constantly circulates through these 7 portals which are located from the bottom of the spine to the top of our skull and each of them is associated with a color. Each chakra is directly connected to a part of the body and an organ. When the chakras function in harmony, energy flows freely and generally results in good physical, mental and emotional health.
You must then listen carefully to yourself, monitor your desires, your needs but also what is going wrong. Indeed, an unbalanced chakra can have repercussions on our entire morale. When an individual feels a blockage, it can be linked to an unbalanced chakra (too active or on the contrary underactive). Being interested in the functioning of the chakras is a good way to identify our blockages on a physical and emotional level and to understand their causes in order to free ourselves from them.
Don't panic if we feel that one of our chakras is in bad shape. It is always possible to put him back on his feet. And on the contrary, this imbalance will be an opportunity to take a moment for yourself and relax. Lithotherapy uses the energy of stones and crystals to help us restore balance between body and mind. In the same way that the chakras highlight an energy imbalance, stones allow us to identify our blockages and free ourselves from them.
The stones will then have an impact on our well-being and our emotions as well as our skills and abilities. These will also have a protective role on its wearer. It is therefore essential to be able to use them when our chakras are unbalanced.
But how to choose the right stone for the corresponding chakra? Each chakra being dominated by a color. Consult the 7 chakras in my Chakras section.
Balancing the Chakras
Underactive
It can be underactive: When we lack energy then we say that the chakra is underactive! For example, I feel that my throat chakra is underactive when I cannot communicate and express what I have inside of me.
Over-Active
It can be over-active: When there is an excess of this energy, the chakra is said to be over-active. An overactive throat chakra can result in a person who talks all the time and says nothing and cuts others off.
Balance
A chakra must be balanced: When we are well and do not feel any particular blockages then we say that the chakra is balanced.
The chakras in pictures
To use the stones properly it is important that you know where the chakras are located on the body.
Please note, a chakra is not located in a fixed location but radiates around you 360°.
Placing a stone on the chakra or close to it will allow you to work on your energy. The bigger your stone, the more it will be able to radiate!
