Each piece is handcrafted with love, and I design each of my jewelry pieces in my workshop in Quebec, Canada. Capturing the true and beautiful colors of gemstones can sometimes be difficult! They may be lighter or darker than those displayed on your screen. All my jewelry is made with natural stones; therefore, each stone is a little different and special, just like you! There will be minor differences in each crystal; some may be lighter or darker, or you may see small imperfections, all of which are perfectly natural.

Once your package is dropped off at the post office with standard service without tracking, please allow:
Canada: 4 to 7 business days*
United States: 1-3 weeks*
Other countries: 3-6 weeks*
This is an average time frame based on my customers' experiences for receiving their packages. I am not responsible for longer delays, and no refunds will be granted in case of delivery delays. Your package will be securely shipped in bubble wrap.
Please ensure that the shipping address is up to date to avoid lost mail or non-delivery. Packages that have been returned to the sender due to an incorrect postal address or a non-existent address/mailbox will incur new shipping fees.

Orders are processed quickly; therefore, cancellations and order modifications can be made within six hours of purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Only items in their original condition and packaging, unused and unworn, can be refunded or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. Shipping labels/postage are not provided.
