Each piece is lovingly handcrafted, and I design each piece in my workshop in Quebec City, Canada.
Capturing the true and beautiful colors of gemstones can sometimes be difficult! They may be lighter or darker than what is displayed on your screen. All my jewelry is made with natural stones, therefore, each stone is a little different and special, just like you! There will be minor differences in each crystal; some may be lighter or darker, or you may see small imperfections, all of which is perfectly natural.

Once your parcel has been delivered to the post office using the standard service without tracking, please count:
Canada: 4 to 7 business days*
United States: 1-3 weeks*
Other country 3-6 weeks*
This is an average of my customers' delivery times. I am not responsible for longer delays and no refunds will be given for late deliveries. Your parcel will be shipped safely in secure bubble wrap.
Please ensure that the delivery address is up to date to avoid lost mail or non-delivery. Packages that have been returned to sender due to an incorrect mailing address or non-existent address/letterbox will be subject to new shipping charges.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Only items in their original condition and packaging, unused and unworn, may be refunded or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. Shipping/postage labels are not provided.

Free shipping by Canada Post. Orders are carefully prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping available in Canada, the United States, and some other countries.
Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition. Custom creations are not eligible for returns.
