Each piece is handcrafted with love, and I design each of my jewelry pieces in my workshop in Quebec, Canada. Capturing the true and beautiful colors of gemstones can sometimes be challenging! They may be lighter or darker than what is displayed on your screen. All my jewelry is made with natural stones; therefore, each stone is a little different and special, just like you! There will be minor differences in each crystal; some may be lighter or darker, or you may see small imperfections, all of which are perfectly natural.

Once your parcel has been delivered to the post office using the standard service without tracking, please count:
Canada: 4 to 7 business days*
United States: 1-3 weeks*
Other country 3-6 weeks*
This is an average of my customers' delivery times. I am not responsible for longer delays and no refunds will be given for late deliveries. Your parcel will be shipped safely in secure bubble wrap.
Please ensure that the delivery address is up to date to avoid lost mail or non-delivery. Packages that have been returned to sender due to an incorrect mailing address or non-existent address/letterbox will be subject to new shipping charge.

Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations and changes to orders can be made within six hours of purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Only items in their original condition and packaging, unused and unworn, may be refunded or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. Shipping/postage labels are not provided.
